Service Scope

Please Note: This service is limited to the controller replacements and associated work. It does not represent a complete rebuild or replacement of the original 2016 LED conversion.

💳 Service Payment

Single Payment – Completed Service

The controller replacement service has already been completed. The listed service price represents the agreed cost for the completed work.

• Only one payment is required.
• No additional development or manufacturing installments are required for the completed service.
• Applicable return shipping postage will be collected with the service payment unless otherwise arranged with ZLEDS.
• Completed assemblies will be released for return shipment after all applicable service and shipping charges have been paid.

Completed service invoices must be paid within 72 hours of notification, in accordance with the ZLEDS Return Policy.

• All service payments are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
• This payment applies exclusively to the completed service described in this listing.
• The original ZLED tail light conversion dates to 2016. Components not replaced during this service remain original and are not represented as new.
• Warranty coverage and exclusions are governed by the applicable ZLEDS Limited Warranty and service terms. Replacement of the controllers does not automatically renew warranty coverage on unrelated original components.
• Completed assemblies will not be shipped until the outstanding service balance and applicable return shipping postage have been paid in full.
• Customer-supplied assemblies that remain unclaimed are subject to the separate 90-Day Unclaimed Property Policy, beginning only after ZLEDS issues a property retrieval notification and subject to applicable law.
