The 1988 Toyota Supra MK3 ZLED Tail Light Conversion is a custom development and retrofit project designed to upgrade the original Toyota Supra MK3 tail light assemblies with modern LED technology.

Unlike our established ZLED conversions, this project requires new design, development, and manufacturing of custom components before the final retrofit can be completed.

Due to the custom nature of this project, the service is divided into three separate payments, each corresponding to a specific development or production milestone.

💳 Three-Stage Payment Structure

The total project cost is divided into three approximately equal payments, each representing one-third (33.33%) of the agreed project price.

Customers will receive a unique discount code provided directly by ZLEDS to adjust the checkout total for each authorized payment.

🔹 First Payment: Design & Development

Payment: Approximately 33% of the total project cost, excluding shipping.

The initial payment authorizes ZLEDS to begin working on the custom tail light conversion project.

This stage may include:

• Evaluating the original Toyota Supra MK3 tail light assemblies and their internal structure.
• Designing custom LED circuit boards and panel layouts.
• Developing mounting solutions and electronic configurations.
• Planning the necessary components and materials.
• Preparing the design for custom parts manufacturing.

Payment Instructions:

• ZLEDS will provide the customer with a unique discount code to adjust the checkout total for the first installment.
• Shipping charges will be excluded from this payment.
• Design and development processing begins after payment is received, subject to the existing production queue.

The first payment is required before design and development work begins.

🔹 Second Payment: Custom Parts Manufacturing

Payment: Approximately 33% of the total project cost, excluding shipping.

Once the design and development stage is completed, ZLEDS will notify the customer that the project is ready to proceed with manufacturing.

This stage may include:

• Manufacturing custom LED circuit boards and electronic components.
• Producing custom mounting hardware or supporting parts.
• Sourcing the materials and electronics required for the conversion.
• Preparing and testing components for final installation.

Payment Instructions:

• ZLEDS will provide the customer with a unique discount code to adjust the checkout total for the second installment.
• Shipping charges will be excluded from this payment.
• Custom parts manufacturing begins after the second payment is received and the project is scheduled for production.

The second payment is required before custom parts manufacturing begins.

🔹 Third & Final Payment: Completed Retrofit & Return Shipping

Payment: Remaining project balance (approximately 33%) + return shipping postage.

After the custom components have been manufactured and the actual tail light retrofit conversion has been completed, ZLEDS will notify the customer that their project is ready for return shipment.

This final stage includes:

• Installation and integration of the custom LED components into the original tail light assemblies.
• Completion of the necessary wiring and electronic connections.
• Final functionality testing and inspection.
• Preparation of the completed assemblies for return shipment.

Payment Instructions:

• The customer will receive instructions to complete the final remaining project balance.
• Return shipping postage will be added to the final payment.
• The completed tail light assemblies will be shipped after the final payment and return postage have been received in full.

The third and final payment, including return shipping postage, is due upon completion of the retrofit.

Return shipping is charged only once, during the final payment.

⚠️ Service Payment Terms & Conditions

• All service payments are non-refundable, subject to applicable law. Please confirm your intent before proceeding with any payment.
• Custom R&D processing: This project involves new design, development, and manufacturing. Processing times may vary depending on project complexity, component availability, and production workload.
• Production queue priority: Standard retrofit orders are prioritized over custom R&D builds due to their shorter turnaround times.
• Three separate payment milestones: Each payment corresponds to a specific stage of the project. The customer will be notified when the next payment is required.
• Unique discount codes: Codes are issued individually by ZLEDS and are intended exclusively for the authorized customer's installment payments.
• Shipping charges: Shipping charges are excluded from the first two installments. Return shipping postage is calculated separately and collected with the final payment upon project completion.
• Email notifications: Payment requests and project updates will be communicated through the email address associated with the customer's order.
• Payment deadlines: Customers must respond to follow-up notifications and complete requested payments within 7 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the project's production queue position and forfeiture of previously submitted non-refundable payments, subject to applicable law.
• Additional development charges: If unforeseen design, programming, manufacturing, or material requirements arise, additional charges may apply. These charges will be communicated before the affected work proceeds.
• Project modifications: Changes to the agreed design, functionality, or scope after development has begun may require additional charges.
• Production timelines: Due to the custom nature of the project, estimated completion times are not guaranteed.
• Completed project release: Completed tail light assemblies will not be released or shipped until all outstanding payments, including return shipping postage, have been received.

If your project requires sending original Toyota Supra MK3 tail light assemblies to ZLEDS for development or retrofit, please follow the instructions below.

Do not ship your assemblies until instructed by ZLEDS.

1. Carefully package the assemblies to prevent damage during transportation.
2. Include a printed note inside the package with:

Customer-Supplied Assemblies

Original Toyota Supra MK3 tail light assemblies may have age-related wear, brittle plastics, deteriorated seals, or previous repairs.

Due to the age and condition of these components, disassembly and modification may involve additional risks.
